A RealmCritter that is a magical-artificial creature that is powered by a gem in its body. Their behavior determined by how the gem was set up and what essence went into it. GemCritters are often created as pets to provide companionship or fun. Fully sapient GemCritters are somewhat of a holy grail - many gem-artificers are crazed about creating sapient Gem Critters, although this doesn't come without the controversy of creating artificial life, and how truly sapient artificial life can be. GemCritters do not gain nourishment from eating food; but the love, care, time and effort into making food for them is the emotion that feeds them, even if the resulting dish doesn't actually taste good. GemCritters do not have taste buds, but rather, the taste emotion. GemCritters need emotion to survive, and if left alone, they will starve and become lifeless until someone finds them. Notable instances of successfully sapient, non-insane GemCritters are ticklePOP and Emi.

Monsters in the KinkRealm that are #Nonsapient but are bizarre enough to have no real world equivalent. They are often extremely sexual, usually more powerful than RealmBeast and like anything else, affected by the ForceOfPlay.
